1. SYNTHETIC TURF PRODUCTION

Production, to achieve the installation of its synthetic turf layers, Italgreen follows these processes:

• Extrusion: Industrial production process that results in the yarns used to weave the synthetic turf mantle;
• Twisting: The extruded fibres are twisted to compact them into yarns;
• Weaving: The yarn spool is inserted in the weaving loom which will weave the synthetic turf layer;
• Spreading: The mantle is spread with different materials, according to the specifications requested;
• Infill production: Infills are used to complement the entire synthetic turf system in terms of performance.

2. SYNTHETIC TURF SUPPLY

Supply of the synthetic turf mantle by itself or the complete kit with accessory materials

• Supply of synthetic turf mantle only;
